Lost or damaged packages: Once we ship it, it’s in the carrier’s hands. If your package takes a detour, you’ll need to file a claim with them (but fingers crossed, it gets to you safe and sound!).

At H2G Boutique, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love picking out the perfect styles for you! But hey, we get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s how our return process works:
Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns cannot be accepted if the item:
- Has been worn or washed
- Smells of smoke, perfume, or any strong scent
- Is dirty or covered in pet hair
- Is missing tags or has been altered in any way
NOTE: If it looks or smells like it went on an adventure without you, we can’t take it back.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance items, accessories, and anything marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges: Want a different size or color? Send the original item back, and we’ll help you swap it out (subject to availability).
How to Return
- Request a Return: Email us at info@h2gboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship It Back: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. When shipping your return:
- Include the original packing slip with the returned items.
- If you can’t find the packing slip, write your name, order number, and the items you’re returning on a piece of paper and include it in the package.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Refunds & Store Credit: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
Oops! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@h2gboutique.com within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—on us!
