Long Sleeve Brushstroke Dress

She has a gorgeous sapphire background color that is layered with orange, pinks, and purple.  It is long sleeve with a smocked cuff wrist giving a slight bubble sleeve feel.  She also has a smocked ruffle collar detail that we LOVE!
