Puff Sleeve Floral Top w/Tie Neck

Where do we start with the detail in this one?!  She got the BEST puff sleeve, a little ruffle around the neck and a big ruffle on the shoulder.  The tie can be worn loose or tied and she's got great length for some backside coverage!
